As that network scaled, AEG Vision needed a way to manage maintenance that could scale with it.

The Challenge
Before partnering with Lessen, AEG Vision tracked repairs and maintenance on a spreadsheet. Vendors largely set the terms of the work themselves, and AEG Vision's team paid what vendors told them was owed, with little visibility into the process in between. That approach left AEG Vision with limited control over cost or quality — and it was not a system built to support a practice network on track to more than triple in size.
The Solution
Lessen gave AEG Vision a single system to manage repairs and maintenance from request to invoice — replacing the spreadsheet and giving AEG Vision's team visibility into every work order as it moves through the process. Lessen's team worked directly with AEG Vision's IT team to connect that system to AEG Vision's own internal portal, so submitting a work order is now a single click for practice managers rather than a separate, manual process. AEG Vision now describes the relationship less like a vendor engagement and more like a shared team, one that understands AEG Vision's budget and priorities as its own.
